Boundary Training Chicago Presbytery (ZOOM)

Chicago Presbytery’s theme for boundary and ethics training this year is how ministers and others should respond when they are the ones whose boundaries are crossed. For example, from the person who gives you chocolate chip cookies every week and then asks you to baptize out of town grandchildren while they are visiting without their parents’ consent; to the male elder who has a key to the female pastor’s office or, worse, her home and enters without her consent.

The Presbytery of Chicago is offering 2 boundary training opportunities in 2021. Both sessions will be via Zoom, will last 90 minutes, and will require pre-registration.  Registration is now open.
